Dear concerned parties.
I know its getting close to worlds 2016, but i was wondering when information on 2017 worlds will be posted. I can't attend this years Worlds but i want to start planning for 2017 asap.
Any information is appreciated
GhostOfTsushima1 votesWhen would you need to know that info now while its 2017?
TurquoiseYoshi1 votesExpect it to be in either China or Korea. That's the best I can give you right now.
Inharmonix1 votesI always thought worlds was held in Seoul.

Spinning Axes1 votesWorlds is being hosted in the USA this year, they travel from West to East as the tournament progresses.
I know the first round is in San Francisco, and the last round is somewhere near New York. You'd have to do the research to find where the other two locations are though
Shadowatom1 votesSan Francisco is Group Stage, Chicago is Quarter-Finals, New York is Semi-Finals, and Los Angeles is Finals.
Either way, the OP is asking for the location of next year's Worlds location so they can plan ahead. Unfortunately, I don't think even Riot knows atm, but more than likely they have several locations in mind and it'll probably be in China or Taiwan.. maybe both (2014 - Korea, 2015 - Europe, 2016 - "NA", 2017 - more than likely another Major Region)
BigBellBrute1 votesHurrah!!! An American will be in attendance past group stage this year!!!
OG3 Acorner1 votesRiot often posts Worlds host country in febrery when spring Split begins
SA2 AhriForLife1 votesWorlds 2017 will be held in China in 4 seperate locations - Wuhan Sports Center - Play-ins and group stage Guangzhou Gymnasuim - Quarterfinals Shanghai oriental sports center - Semi-finals Beijing National stadium - Finals
