How many substitutes can each team have in the S8 world championship?

The official rules for this Worlds on substitute players follows the rules they laid down in late S5 for all Riot-based international events:
Only one substitute player (no matter the role, no matter how many players you have on the bench) can be used per team, with no exceptions (for the entirety of the event). This prevents 10+ man rosters from having any kind of major advantage come international events.
Obviously an organization can bring every player on location, but only one player can be chosen as the official Sub, unless in the event of injury/illness/disqualification due to misconduct/etc.
