I'd like a bit of clarification

So, talking about Group B:

In the current, last game, no matter who comes out, the winner will have a 4/2 score, and the loser a 3/3 score. Cloud9 will tie with the 3/3 score, probably putting both in second place.

My question is, how do they resolve this second-place tie to decide who moves out of group stages? Will they just have a tiebreaker match?
