A new way to watch Ranked games is needed.

I have multiple screens, i would like to work and write emails while watching ranked matches on one my screens. so i would like to propose that the game window in watch mode allow the spectator to still interact with their desktops with out the need of start the task manager. in that way many people would feel incetivated to watch games knowing that they can still do other things with their computers, in the same way one does things while watching sports on tv. A way to minimize and move the game window would be a great and also to be allowed to move the mouse pointer outside the game window.
