NA LCS Tickets FAQ

When do tickets go on sale?

We’ll be releasing NA LCS tickets for the first five weeks of Spring Split on Friday, December 18 at 1:00PM PST.

What about tickets for Week 6? Week 7? Playoffs?

Tickets for the remaining weeks of NA LCS Spring Split at the studio will be released approximately five weeks prior to game day.  We’ll share more information about the LCS Spring Playoffs after the season begins.

What about tickets for an LCS road show? Where is the LCS going this year?

We’ll release more information about where the LCS will be traveling this Spring and how you can get your tickets after the season kicks off.

How much are tickets?

Tickets are $15*. This price does not include VAT fees or sales tax.

How do I buy tickets?

Week 1 (January 16 +17) - COMPLETED

We recommend that you bookmark the above links prior to tickets going on sale. The links will go active for the first five weeks of the NA LCS tickets go on sale on Friday, December 18 at 1:00PM PST.

Do I have to make an account to buy tickets?

Yes, we recommend setting up an account in advance to make it easier to buy tickets when they go on sale.

Will there be a queue/waiting page for tickets?

If there’s a high enough demand a queue will go into place. If you’re placed in queue, it doesn’t guarantee you a ticket. A ticket isn’t yours until you’ve paid for it, there’s no holding in the cart.

How many tickets can I purchase?

Four tickets per order.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable.

How do I get to the NA LCS Studio?

NA LCS Studio

Is there parking?

Parking is available in the parking structure located at 12200 West Olympic Boulevard. Enter the parking structure on Olympic Boulevard between Bundy and Centinela (next to 12312 Olympic Blvd.) and park in any available space on the P1 and P2 levels. Parking is not permitted in reserved spaces at any time and vehicles are subject to removal at the owner’s expense. Parking in a tandem space will require that you leave your key with the valet attendant.

Once you’ve parked your vehicle, head to the elevator at the 12200 West Olympic Building and get off on the 1st floor (main lobby). Exit the lobby doors facing Olympic Boulevard, make an immediate left, and proceed to the adjacent 12312 building. Parking validation will be provided to you by the Riot Games staff when you leave the venue.

Is there a place to drop off?

Yes, drop offs will be on Olympic Blvd (at the curb) outside of 12312 W. Olympic Blvd.

What games are being played?

We'll release the Spring Split regular season schedule on December 18 at 10:30AM PST on Lolesports. 

Who is participating in the Spring Split?

TSM, Cloud9, Counter Logic Gaming, Liquid, Team Impulse, and Team Dignitas.

We also have some new faces: Echo Fox (formerly Gravity), Immortals (formerly Team 8), NRG (formerly Team Coast), and Renegades.

The rosters of teams will be available before the start of the LCS on Lolesports.

What time do doors open?

Doors open at 11:00AM PST on Saturday and Sunday. No early admittance will be permitted.

When do the games start?

The games begin at 12:00PM PST on Saturday and Sunday.

When should I arrive?

Check-in begins two hours before show starts. Doors open one hour before show starts. No worries if you’re a little late, there will always be someone available to check you in.

How is seating arranged?

There is bleacher seating on a first come, first served basis.

How do I obtain handicap seats? What disability services are available?

When you check-in at the venue, let them know that you require a handicap seat or if you have another disability so our team can best assist you.

Do I have to bring a photo ID?

No, unless you do not have a copy of your ticket.

Is there an age requirement for attending?

Children under the age of 10 are required to be accompanied by an adult.

Will there be merchandise on sale?

Yes, we will have League of Legends merchandise for sale at the event.

Can I take photos/videos at the event?

Absolutely! We encourage photos and video, but please make sure that you don’t obstruct the view of fellow fans. Please turn off your flash and leave your telephoto lens/tripod/monopods/selfie sticks at home.

Will there be swag at the event?

Yes! We'll be tossing out swag during the show.

Will there be food and drink for sale at the event?

Yes, concessions will be available and food trucks will also be on-site.

Can I bring my own food/drink?

Outside food and drink is allowed inside the venue.

Is re-entry available?

Yep, re-entry is available.

Where can I smoke?

There are designated smoking areas available at the studio. Please follow signage or ask event staff on-site to be directed to the closest one.

Is there a coat check? Can I check my luggage?

There is not a coat or baggage check at the studio. Please make arrangements prior to coming to the studio.
