The NFL, MLB, AND MLS all have "homegrown" players. The LCS should do the same.

First off for those who don't know, a homegrown player is a player that has played for a teams youth programs and devolpment programs since they were a little kid, and then finally making it on that teams professional team when they are at the desired talent level.

With that in mind i was thinking about league of legends. What if a few LCS teams took the time to help train a few indivuals with potential to be good players. I mean i know i preform better playing with my plat friends then playing with my bronze friends. When youre around good players, you get better yourself.

Any thoughts? I feel the teams could make money by doing this and i feel it would make some quality league players!
