What is in your opinion the strongest first seed off a major region?

The latest point of reference would be their regional finals, so I'm saying SKT. Everyone else looked just a bit more sloppy. Time will only tell as this is a different patch.

Fun Plus Phoenix went 14-1 during their summer split and won both rounds of their playoffs 3-1 and 3-1. But the trouble is, we haven't seen anyone outside of their own region since Rift Rivals and MSI. FPP wasn't at MSI and beat Griffin in the finals at their Rift Rivals.

I mean I'm looking at another new incarnation of SkT (which looks 10 times better than last year, Fun Plus Phoenix who I dont think has played anyone outside their region, TL who have been dominant at least in their region and got second at MSI, and then theres G2 who look better than ever and got first place at MSI. So the clear answer is J-team XD

probably G2 but im voting for SKT because faker looked bloodthirsty in the LCK playoffs, he is looking for his revenge and teddy is really insane adc, probably the best in the world, so they might win this time vs g2 but who knows, time will show.
