I bought the LCS pass to support my team. The challenge asked to watch 3 games of said team. I watch the game ive and the VOD 3-5 times and still there was no process to the challenge.

I got progress for my Team Pass watch mission, but the normal Watch & Earn mission for watching 3 pro games isn't counting even though I've watched the matches live and the VODs.

I've been getting the opposite. I got 2/3 for the watch 3 pro games one, but the one for my team is still 0/3

I watched all of today and only on 1 game viewed...sometimes the system is buggy.

I went to rewatch a game as a VoD cause I was cooking while having that game on and didnt get rewarded for it again.

This is happening for me as well. I am correctly set up for watch rewards, have gotten them previously with no problems. I bought the LCS pass. I've only gotten credit for one pro game (though my games watched did increase by 2), and none for the team game despite watching once live and once on VOD.

same here, watched it live and didnt get counted for it? its a new thing so maybe there are some bugs that are not worked out

5 games watched 4 hours watch and earn is only at 1, my team pass team is at 0 even though i watched both their games live and on vods. paid 980 RP and for what? no icons and a buggy system that is messing with a lot if not everyone. it sucks knowing we have to wait till week 2 to get an icon and it sucks even more knowing this is bugged and some if us will have to wait even longer to get them and progress with these missions..but hey at least the 5 games thing worked. Yeah my account is correctly set up for rewards and watched my Team Pass team but it still has yet to show any results of me watching it on my client or on watch.lolesports.com. Is there a solution for this problem yet?

Same, I think Proview isn't set up with missions quite yet

I haven't seen them post anything and all support says is:

-Make sure your adblocker is turned off -Make sure cookies are enabled -Make sure you are logged in -Make sure you are opted into rewards -Make sure have watched a minimum of 15 minutes of actual game play -Make sure you are watching your chosen team's SPLIT games -As a last resort, try a different browser

None of that worked so they escalated it and I got told once again... "opt out and back in to rewards and be sure you're watching the SPLIT games for at least 20 minutes".

Basically all they give me is stuff I already tried.

I was also told "we can't retroactive award the game now". So watch isn't working, they can't seem to fix it, and they can't/won't even award the watch point to all of us who are having issues.

I had a conversation with them very similar to yours it seems. They told me that i would have to wait until the next week and try to watch the next games( after opting out and back in). After doing that and watching week 2 games I got credit for the mission. So yeah, hopefully i can still complete the entire chain before the end of the season.
