Are Free Agent/ ex pro players allowed to join online tournament?
[NA] Outfox LoL Tourament ($375 in prizes) by Outfox
Look at team GG, Shady (formerly in p1) is in it and 4 challenger/master players that may or may not be pro players. Is this allowed by the NA Lcs?
