How does the Public at Worlds watch the game?

I know that they watch the game with the eyes...

My question is, do they see the game with the 3 minutes delay? or totally live? without minimap?

How does riot control that?

I believe they have custom spectator mode. It's not delayed. I remember going to MSG and it was live, no delay
