Video Quality on youtube VODs

I can't be the only one that has noticed.... But, why is the video quality of the NA and EU LCS videos so lackluster compared to, for example, the LPL videos (LCK vids are also decent quality)? The EU and NA replays look washed out, grey and dull. Compare that to the LPL videos, which are brighter, crisper and you can at least read the names of the players. I play all vids at max res (720p) and play them on a 24" monitor.

So, maybe record at 1080p or use the same capture device for all the regions so that they look as good as the LPL vids.

That's my rant. (if I weren't lazy, I would have cooked up screenshots. But I'm hoping that anyone that follows the LCS will know what I'm talking about.)
