NA LCS Week 1 by the numbers

Week 1 of the 2017 North American LCS Spring Split has come and gone, and already fans and commentators alike are rubbing their hands together and making some pretty bold predictions.

It was a weekend that showed us how some things in the NA LCS never change. Echo Fox still struggle to close out games, Counter Logic Gaming are seemingly content to give their fans a series of near-fatal heart attacks, and certain champions (looking at you Camille) are too OP not to ban.  

Though the weekend also coughed up its fair share of surprises. Cloud9 fans, for example, should be happy with the performance of Cloud9 and OG Cloud9 AKA FlyQuest, both sitting at the top of the table. Some rookie NA junglers made waves in their debuts and while all eyes were on the multitude of Korean import top laners, it was a young home-grown talent that put on the best performance in the role.
