Creating an esports organization

I am currently creating a competitive team for league of legends I have the team name and an emblem already decided although if you have any ideas i will gladly hear them. The Team Name is going to be Gauntlet Gaming and I will be the starting top laner. You do not have to be "good" you just have to prove to me that you have potential. Right now I am in Bronze 3 cause I don't play ranked that much but a lot of my friends think i could easily be gold. Anyways I am going to try and make this a completely legit organization just like curse or any other big team organization like ROCCAT. I am looking to not only have a great time playing this game but to hopefully progress through latters and get better with my team.
