Can Riot Have A TV Channel For LCS?

It would be cool, but if it's just Riot-owned pro League, it's gonna have very little content.

Theoretically, they could've had LCS on tv for years now (as plenty of sports channels have been wanting to get into that with ESPN apparently working out a deal to try and get CS:GO tournaments into their lineup). The problem is that apparently rito is sorta against the idea of this, so until they're willing to change then LoL will unlikely be seen on anything other than twitch/youtube.

True, but if they added all the summer and spring splits and worlds then possibly it might happen. They don't even have to have their own channel, they could just use some other channel that has very small content and have some LoL games on there.

Wait, yeah didn't they like just recently add counter strike on tv? with like shaquille o'neal or someone hosting it???

Riot will do whatever they can to avoid having advertisements for anything other than LoL
