So IMT lost WildTurtle, lost Adrian, and now have lost Reignover.

Damn, that is a shame. I was looking forward to seeing what that team could really do. Both their splits they did well, but seemed to have just made bad decisions about the meta near the end. It felt like if they could just fix one or two slight problems they could become a force to be reckoned with. Hopefully they can find some decent players to replace them, but that is a lot of talent lost at once.

Being that Reignover left I'm certain Huni will leave as well. I always thought of them as a package deal. It will be interesting to see how the teams will play with and without the certain players.

Adrain leaving Immortals for P1 will help his moral for a fresh start but now this is his 3rd team and each split he does well in but falls flat on his face when it comes to the playoffs; first with Impulse-Immortals and now P1?

Not sure where Reignover will go at this point but I would like to see him on either Team Dignitas/Apex or Team Envy.

From what I can tell only the latter two are actually "official" (although wildturtle did play for tsm at iem and is in talks with dignitas, it isn't 100% done just yet).

I don't want to bury something before it's actually dead, but the prognosis on IMT for next split isn't looking good. Losing one player from a high-quality team is never a good thing (look at what happened to c9 when they lost hai last year), losing two can be ridiculously detrimental (look at what happened to OG last year), losing three in what is realistically a "dead" UFA market to teams in their own region is probably the worst thing in the world right now. Even if they keep huni/pobelter (both of them being ridiculously valuable pieces, the former potentially being a good "1-2 punch" on echo fox and the latter on the new dignitas team), who do they move forward with? Assuming all UFA's are taken into account, their roster will at best be -Huni-Contractz/Moon-Pobelter-Forgiven-Gate-. Nowhere near what it was this year, let alone a "top 5 NA team".

Oh, and if this IMT-exodus teaches us anything, it's that teams should be more careful with their players. Letting them explore other options/telling them that they only want "players who want to play for the organization" probably isn't the way to go when you have 5 of the best players in the western hemisphere.
