why isn't jinx a meta champ anymore? I miss seeing the cross map rocket kills and objective steals please bring jinx back to the meta <3

Her laning phase early is rather weak and Kog Maw and Twitch are just better scalers for a protect the carry comp.
She's out classed really. Twitch and Kog are better late gamers, and if you want utility you go for Ashe/Varus/Jhin/Sivir typically. She doesn't really offer enough to make it worth it.
I thought we would see her but suppose not.
