why cant i play league it says that "something is up with our servers and it's preventing you from patching. We're giving it another shot. in the meantime, you can check the status of our servers here. (Error code 003)

please do something about this and it says were unable to log you in because you may be offline.

please help

yea im getting the same issue i managed to log in by switching regions then switching back but still cant patch or play
