Ask the Pros - Live at the NA LCS

We've asked you to send in questions via Twitter before, but we decided to try something a little different at the NA LCS this week: taking fans directly to the pros!
In between games, we grabbed four fans and took them to ask one question of some of their favorite players. Counter Logic Gaming support Zaqueri "Aphromoo" Black, Team SoloMid mid laner Søren "Bjergsen" Bjerg, Team Impulse mid laner Yu "XiaoWeiXiao" Yu, and Team 8 top laner Steven "CaliTrlolz" Kim all answered the call.
Bjergsen vs. Aleu
Aleu: [The match versus Winterfox] was a really close game, you guys almost lost. So, I wanted to know what the most difficult part about losing is for you and your team?
Bjergsen: I think it's just being able to come back and go to practice and not feel like we're going to continue losing, go on a losing streak, lose our group, or not be in first place. Keeping the confidence is important. If you're not confident or you're not there mentally, you'll easily start losing. A lot of teams lose one or two games, and then lose five in a row. They start tilting really badly. It's about staying on top.
For us, we didn't lose this game, but it felt like a loss to me. I didn't even start walking towards the other team to shake hands, because it felt like we lost to me. I didn't think we did good enough. It's going to be hard for me to keep my confidence going for IEM because of how we played. I guess it was a fun game to watch [laughs].
XiaoWeiXiao: I think he's okay, but he's low damage in the early game. He's still strong in the late game, but he's a bit too weak in the early game and mid game.
Z: Why Karthus that game?
XWX: Because Vi and Zed need to go in, and I picked Karthus because I think he's really good against them.
CaliTrlolz: In competitive, it's 99% better to take TP over Ignite for map pressure, because if you don't get a couple or three kills early with Ignite, it doesn't really pay off. They'll just go back home and TP back in, and then have HP advantage and lane control. That's really bad.
You're not going to get lane swapped on in solo queue. So, there are more situations where it would be okay to take Ignite, like if you think you're going to be able to capitalize by killing them at least once or twice. If it's a melee matchup where fights usually come down to 100 HP, or even 10 HP, it makes the difference between a kill or two. An example would be something like Rengar vs. Riven. Rengar has no escape once he goes in, so if you're playing him, you don't want to be on the back foot. You can still go aggressive and take better trades because you have Ignite advantage. It's usually bruiser vs. bruiser in which you're going to want to take Ignite. But, my advice is, if you don't think you're going to get two or three kills with the Ignite, it's better to take TP.
