World Championship Trophy
Anyone notice the summoners on the world championship trophy? Maybe they didn't get the memo but summoners no longer exist.

The Sly1 votesStoryland would be the lore, and the summoners are no longer a part of it. So I don't know how they would be a part of the game but not the lore.

Having these heroes fight and die over and over like happens in the game doesn't really make any sense without Summoners.... but it also doesn't let anything interesting happen in storyland. So they chose to split the two, because what happens in the game doesn't need to directly correlate to the story.
