GE Tigers Region: Korea (LCK) Roster: Top: Smeb Jungle: Lee Mid: kurO ADC: PraY Support: GorillA The GE Tigers are making their debut in Korea’s biggest and most important tournament: Champions Spring. Comprising of four ex-NaJin players, and one long-suffering Incredible Miracle player, the Tigers have bonded together surprisingly quickly, pulling off an impressive debut performance in the OGN pre-season for such a young team. The Tigers have already established dominance over the struggling Jin Air Green Wings and CJ Entus, and managed to score a tie against KT Rolster. SK Telecom T1 trounced them quite convincingly, however, showing that the Tigers still have a ways to go before they can compete with Korea’s best. Perhaps their players are lacking on an individual level, particularly jungler Lee, who seems to be out of his depth at times against more seasoned player. Or perhaps they just require a bit more time to gel as a team. Whatever the case, there is still a lot of work to be done. It’s not always easy adjusting to new teammates, new coaches and new living quarters, but for the Tigers, adjustment is not a question of "if," but "when." Though the Tigers are indeed a new team, they have many years of competitive experience between them (and inside information on rival players). Four of the Tigers hail from NaJin e-mFire, and it is not a stretch to think that NaJin head coach Park “Reach” Jung-seok has a few tricks up his sleeve to deal with his former players. Overall, the strong pre-season performance of the GE Tigers has demonstrated that they are undoubtedly a top five team in Korea, which is why they landed at 11th in our Power Rankings. Who will be next on our Pre-Season Power Rankings? Check out the rest of the Power Rankings and stay tuned for more each day as we countdown to the start of the 2015 LCS Season.
