Tournament Help?

So I just applied a tournament application to Riot to have them help with the prizes for a League tournament at my school which I am the organizer for and it was just rejected for the second time. The first time I did not include "rules" (it didn't say it needed that in the description) which was the sole reason it was declined. I recreated the application and added rules to the description and now I got an email saying it was declined because I didn't add a link to the direct sign-up page (which I did, because it is on a Google doc where you just to add your name to a team if you wanted to play or write down player names if you and friends decided to get together). "We'd really love to support your tournament, so we look forward to your next submission" (as stated in the email after the rejection). I'm getting the feeling that they do not want to "support" the tournament in any way which is fine, but at least let me know because I hate wasting time for things like this where we have to wait a long period of time to hear a response that seems very automated giving me the impression they don't even look at the applications unless the automated script passes it along if it fulfills the requirements to a perfect match. Anyway, just my thoughts and complaints. Anyone else attempt to run a tournament but get rejected even though you fulfilled the requirements? I'm absolutely livid. Vladimir

I really think the tournament system needs to be improved. I have also tried the LAN tournament system, is way more neat. I think this tournament system should be further improved and maybe made into its own section ex: tournament.na.leagueoflegends.... etc. This way riot can encourage more competitive casual players.
