Anyone know when All-Stars tickets go on sale?

Me and a couple of my friends really would like to go and see some international players but I have no idea when tickets go on sale. The official announcement page (linked) stated that they would release more info in the coming weeks and I was just curious as its been a few weeks since that post. If anyone can give me some extra info or anything that would be helpful that would be much appreciated!
