I have won the last 12 games out of 13 and I am still earning the same lp. Only 13 to 14. What does it take?

rank reset in the beginning of next season , if you spam win games right after your placements you can really boost your mmr that way. last season rank doesent matter too much as I got a s4 last season acc to p2 with a 75% winrate skipping divisions and earning over 30lp every game while only losing just over 10
