I am about to leave the community for a while, and I LOVE THIS GAME, but as im moving to a different country with my job and I will not have acess to the internet for long periods of time (military OP). I would like to be able to download the games to put on my kindle or an ipad so I can watch them on the ship, while I don't have access to the internet
There are several places to find them. OP.gg and lolking are two popular ones. http://www.lolking.net/replays
You may also download a replay program (I suggest BaronReplays) and record your own matches as you play or ones you spectate. As long as you have the client patch that the replay is from you can watch it later.

I love the idea. It's an idea that Riot has probably needed for a while, but just hasn't gotten to because there are more obvious, pressing issues.
There are a plethora of programs and apps that let you download movies off of youtube which has every lol match.
I have no idea on what the size of the video would be though.
