The banned champions are hard to see in the pick/ban phase

I dont understand what were the designers thinking... but it's really hard to recognize which champions have been banned in the pick ban phase in NA and EU LCS. They are with too small icons and too grayed out to be recognizable, you have to put quite some effort to recognize them. Can you please increase the icons size and leave them in color?? The ban sign below already shows they are banned. As it is at the moment it's ugly and annoying to look at, even though I am watching on large screen I cannot easily recognize them!

I searched the forums but didnt find anyone reporting this issue, which for me is seriously deteriorating the experience of enjoying the pick and ban phase of the matches.
