Challenger Team Looking for Analyst

Are you interested in becoming an analyst/assistant coach for a team aspiring to get in the NA LCS? Inertia is a team ranked in the NA ranked 5's challenger ladder. We're seeking talented and motivated individuals to try out for our team and play a key strategic role during this time of exciting transformation of LCS. As our analyst, you will be given replays of our scrims that allows you to have a real impact on the team from Day 1. During your time with us, you’ll work in collaboration with our head coach and players who share the same drive.

Role Responsibilities & Requirements

Your high-impact role will feature many opportunities, and during the time you will: · Show off your strategic thinking and competitive drive through your work · Develop coaching and analysis skills that will set you up for future success · Attend LAN events with support from management · Receive full recognition for your role · Share tournament prize and receive compensation based on progress

You are required to be: · 19 years old or older · Mature and professional · Self-directed and motivated · Effective team player and cross-functional contributor · Have in-depth knowledge of the competitive scene and meta · Competent written and verbal communication skills
