Open Qualifier Tournament

Sign-ups for the Open Qualifier begin on November 16 and close November 28. You can sign up for EUW and EUNE via Battlegrounds when sign-ups go live. The minimum ranked tier is Diamond III and there is a minimum majority age requirement of 17, 3/5 players must be 17 and 2 can be aged between 16-17.

these are the dates for EU stuff from the past.. I just copied and pasted.. but it gives you the jist of it..

after open qualifier.. then it is CS qualifier.. top two team from that get a chance to go to I think its regional.. and winner of regional goes to worlds..

First step though is the Open Qualifier tourny

From everything I have read teams recruit from masters and challenger series.. you have to grind up to that rank and get noticed.. all of the pro's are there practicing everyday, and they look for people with skill..

Streaming your games is also a way to get noticed easier... if you are high elo.. people will watch ..

But I do not know anyone personally in the LoL Pro community.. sorry
