Where are the IWC:South America videos?

2015 International Wildcard - YouTube

While trying to catch up on international teams and the varying metas by region I noticed a huge gap. The LoL Esports YouTube page has playlists for every region's qualifiers and IWC:Turkey, but no S.America?!

Did someone just forget to upload it? Does nobody at Riot follow the S.American teams? Were they a limited time offering?

So I figured part of it out, but still really confused.

I couldn't find the purely S.American games; however, the IWCI (all IWC competitors) are on the "League of Legends - Oceania" YouTube channel. Am I missing something? Is the LoL Esports channel not the core league channel? Or do they just arbitrarily choose which regions/competitions to post then allow their other channels to pick up the slack?
