SPOILER PROOF WORLDS WEBSITE

I'm not sure if Riot creates the website, but it should be in their interest to make sure that whoever does makes it spoiler proof.

If you could do this for me, I would be a very satisfied customer (I'm guessing there are many more like me):

  1. show no results unless clicked
  2. show game 1-5 buttons even if series ended at game 3 or 4 (this is the only thing you got right this year)
  3. don't show current W/L on previous games (ex. if I haven't watched quarterfinal yet, I don't want to see one team is 3-0, telling me they won quarter/semi/AND finals) but of course this wouldn't be as big a problem if you had to click to see results (see 1)
  4. heck, why not throw up a warning anytime anything at all might be spoiled to a viewer, and just have a toggle to turn off warnings

Some of us have really boring lives and watching the League of Legends tournament UNSPOILED gives us that thrill that we're missing in our day to day life. For some of us, it's not even fun enough to watch if you know the result of the match already.

What's in it for Riot? If I'm more likely to watch the tournament, then I'm probably more likely to play some more league of legends that day or week when otherwise I might be too pissed off from spoilers and go play PUBG. Furthermore, the more I play league of legends, the more likely I'll buy Riot Points (aka money in your pocket) and that sir is my case.

EDIT: I was kindly corrected that there is in fact a spoiler-proof way to watch through the VODS tab. However, it would've been nice if the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP tab was spoiler-proof.

You can literally visit www.lolesports.com and watch the VODs of each game one by one. In chronological order. Riot fucks a lot of shit up but the improved VOD uploads is honestly one of the best things they've done this year.

No. Why do people expect that the world should be tailor fitted to them specifically. Dont have time to watch the worlds matches live? Oh well, life goes on. If spoilers are so important to you, pay a friend of yours to build a website that does this for you.

That's why I usually watch matches on youtube. But (SPOILER ALERT) yesterday, I went on yt and on the recommended videos it says 'SKT vs RNG game 5' so I skipped the first 4 games (watched highlights) and only watched game 5 completely. No hype if you know it'll be 2-2 at the end of the 4 matches. Then today, I saw the WE and SSG logo's, so didn't check the recommendeds, immediately typed in the match instead. After watching game 1, I look at 'next video' to see if it's game2... Nope, it's game 4.
