Hey, I have a question about the imports in the NA LCS and about the rule of having 2 imports per team. If the rule is only having 2 imports per team why does team like Echo Fox, Dignitas and EnvyUS have 3 imports on the team

Is it 2 imports per year and they got someone last year?

I don't know anything about this, just a wild guess.

Basically if you stay in a region for more than 4 years (or have citizenship to that region) then you can play without taking an import slot. Thus teams like Nv can have ninja+seraph+lira as only ninja/lira take up the slots.
