I don't get why they decided to only send 2 players from each region to allstars and make the rest of the tournament just the best teams facing off. It doesn't seem nearly as fun as last year.

Holy crap, why is this such a big issue that Bjerg and Doublelift aren't american and are top candidates for allstars? Last time I checked, America is a land of immigrants, full of all nationalities of people. Racial background shouldn't matter here, focus more on the skill of the players. Besides, they've been living here long enough.

I'm not sure what you mean about DoubleLift, I haven't see anyone say anything about him. And it isn't about Bjergson nationality, it's about the fact that he has always played in EU for is entire career, and now he just recently switched over to NA and is being voted as number one to represent a region he just started playing in. Personally I don't care one way or another honestly, he's a good player, but his actual nationality isn't an issue.

No its not. theyre not doing the same thing as last year... please read the info properly. Its the winning team of the playoffs that gets to go to all stars, and then this vote is for top 2 players to go to all stars as well for a "secret" styled matchup .. the "secret" hasnt been revealed yet.

Yes that is true you EuroTrash! Because Americans are so incredibly generous and sincere, unlike eurotrash who wouldn't ever vote an American in even if Meteos came to EU and dominated your mediocre region (which he would surely do). The fact is EU has been a picture of parity and mediocrity all season with possibly the most boring play in the world. NA has been playing innovative and spectacular games and the three best teams in NA are better than the best of EU. So take your smug Aryan superiority complex and shove it.

From what I've seen NA has been historically resistant to experimentation. Which is odd culturally speaking; given that the United States has long viewed itself as pioneers in economics and industry.

WHY is Cloud9 literally at the bottom of the page while TSM is right at the top? Clearly NOT going by alphabetical order. Nor the order in which teams are placed currently in LCS (C9 is 1st place). It almost stinks of usual BIAS to place TSM 1st insuring that people just come to the page and click the first 3 TSM players they see and log out. Additionally EU fans are voting for Bjergsen essentially skewing voting so a 6th EU player goes to All-Stars.

you need to have a NA account to vote for Bjergsen, so EU fans cant vote for him (most of players do have accounts on both servers probably, but i dont think they will lock in again on the site and lock out just to give Bjergsen a vote (i didnt at least)). if i could vote, i would vote for him, not because he is from Europe, but because he is really the best mid lanner from Na right now(i think from EU as well). dexter is also from Europe and he is doing great right now, but if i had to vote i would send meteos to all stars cuz he is a bit stronger. what i wanted to say with all that is that not all the people have partial opinion and broken logic. (i agree with you about C9, their players are clearly underaprecciated by the fans, especially hai and sneaky, and balls is the best top lanner now in NA, why would they vote for dyrus.. )

Why is Bjergsen even on the NA list? He's a very good player and all but he's from EU.

You don't see Russians defending the color of Canada or the US at the Olympics now do you?

I suppose, but then again, that would essentially exclude all of EG and make the competition even more difficult in the EU selection. Part of me is a bit upset that his presence essentially guarantees Meteos won't get in, simply because of how many people are fans of Bjergson (not that he doesn't deserve it mind you, he's a fantastic player) and because any EU player is going to log into their alternate NA accounts to vote for him over and over. Another part of me doesn't mind because I think he's a really strong player that would represent for NA well.

Which is why (if any of you even bothered to read what I wrote, obviously you didn't) part of me doesn't mind at all because he's a fantastic player and will represent the NA server very well.

And on top of that, America isn't the only part of the world that is included in the NA server, so you're point isn't really all that relevant to begin with. If we selected someone from Canada, that lived in Canada, and played for a Canadian based team that player would be just as valid as a player from the United States.

Dyrus play the meta with the best mid laner and one of the best bot lane in Lcs but he's not that strong... Remember last year in the All-star with Malphite, he was pathetic.
