It was the All Star Event where League of Legends pros, streamers, cosplayers, and personalities all gathered for a weekend show event. Tyler1, as one of the personalities represented, served as an interviewer, shoutcaster for Nexus Blitz matches, and I believe one Analyst desk segment.
To answer your question: no. In fact Jatt was shoutcasting. He stepped back from that at the start of the season.
