Casting at End of Game & other various spots

One of the casters just brought up a good point that had been on the back of my mind. It was at the end of the 2nd game of TSM vs IMT when TSM lost a team fight late. He said something along the lines of not needing to shout/yell for this because it was obvious that the game was ending (IMT had gotten 4 kills and all 5 of them were still up with open path to nexus or something).

All too often at the end of the game a caster(s) will get super hype (yelling) when it is obvious the game is over, saying "I THINK THEY MIGHT BE ABLE TO END IT!" or even asking questions like "CAN THEY END IT?!?!". Not that big of a deal, but just a pet peeve that stands for me.
