World's 2018 is NA's year??

I honestly think NA might walk away with this World's cup. I know it's barely one one game in as a region while I type this out but let's just call it blind optimism and a love for my region!

TL is probably the best team ever produced from NA, but still I don't think they stand a chance against the Korean teams who not only prevented the 3 time world champion team from coming back from worlds, but are teams who rarely ever make mistakes or get caught out like NA does. You'll see some games where one person gets picked early in the game by a Korean team, and that's enough to lose control and the entire match

that and...ITS KOREA. NOBODY is EVER able to stop korea except..well...korea...why else do you think it's always a korea vs korea worlds final?

That's the thing. They're just that much better. We have no margin for error. They have a margin of error until they meet each other or one of the Chinese top teams.

I don't think Liquid or 100t will win it all. But your reasoning is highly flawed. I think the Korean teams and the Chinese teams are just better and I don't think Pobelter can consistently play out of his mind like he did in finals. And he's going to have to for Liquid to win it all.

C9 have been playing against NA teams all year long, and they're considered the 2nd best team in NA right now. Granted, they're not even close to being at the level of Liquid, but if the 2nd best team in a major region barely squeaks a win against a wild card team, that doesn't speak to that region's strength. 100t isn't even top 3 team in NA as of now, and Liquid is miles behind any of the 3 koreans teams, RNG, IG or even Fnatic. Don't try to demonize my comment by applying twisted logic, when NA hasn't been this far from winning it all since season 2. Last year EU was the weakest it has ever been, this year it's NA. The sooner the NA fans realize that, the less "I'm done watching worlds" topics, that pop up after group stage every year, will happen.

C9, barely beating a wild card team says a dive comp without much in the way of tankiness against a kench can be rather tough to play. It says c9 didn't draft well. And it says they certainly had the heart to pull out a win anyway. It says absolutely nothing about liquid who is a different team entirely. Tell me. What did SSG losing two games in group to RNG last year say about them? By your logic you'd claim Korea was weak and China Strong. Yet, when finals came around SSG won it all. So much for your logic.

Drafting is also a part of the team's strength. You just keep digging yourself into bigger hole with statements like that. And yeah, C9's strength doesn't say anything about Liquid's strength, since like I said they're much stronger. But compared to the top tier teams, they're not even close. Their international performances, as well as the fact that their star player is a proven choker on international stage do. What C9's strength does say though, is that NA as a whole is a subpar region. With exceptiom of Liquid, they dominated the summer split, so you can argue all you want, but you won't change the facts. Also, stop pulling dumb statements out of your ass, and trying to make it "my logic". China is a strong region, they've been able to consistently take games off of Korea. That's a fact. NA doesn't do well internationally, and if there's anything they've proven in the history of LoL, it's that they don't deserve to be considered a major region. Since season 2, they made it out of groups a grand total 3 times (I'm not counting season 2 and 3 when NA had a completely undeserved free quarterfinals bye). Not once have they made past quarters. Every major region outperforormed NA heavily. Until NA does well, and starts doing well consistenty, you can shove your silly logic and excuses.

I would have to say that RNG, KT, and GenG are the favorites to win it all.... BUT, TL and C9 have the players that can compete. It will take lots of breaks going their way... IF it happens..... CRAZY!!!! I wont give up hope till the last NA team is eliminated.
