This belongs in team recruitment and not here.

A few things:

Your not an esports organization by simply putting esports in the name.

Your facebook and twitter have nothing on them. No graphics, No posts, Nothing! it's Pointless to even post the links if there's nothing there.

Id also recommend getting a native English speaker to write your post as there are some glaring mistakes that people will hold against you.
