Not getting my rewards for watching Esports VODs

I've already watched 2 full games, Fnatic vs. FunPlus Phoenix game one and two and i didnt get my rewards. this was still happening for the first watch 1 game mission. i already have my account opted in to get rewards, it prompts me when that i do. anything else that im missing?
