NA LCS Format

Just make it a bo2 5 nights of the week.

Theres next to no downsides to this, every team with have 1 team to prep for, veiwers can easily schedule for it, y'all have enough casters that casters will be prepped for it, seeding for play-offs will be solid, and red-blueside will be offset. Cheese strats can come out (honestly people who think b01 is good for cheese forget just how god damn stale and meta na teams played back when it was bo1) and there's not 3 games running at the same time slot.

I legitimately struggle to come up with a downside to a bo2 format playing 5 nights a week, other than some nights being dead because 2 terrible teams are playing, but they'll be low-view games in bo1s too.

My problem with this is that we'd have too many tied series. No one wants to watch a tie. This failed miserably in EU! 5 nights a week is kind of bad too... some people work during the week.

TBH, I stopped watching EU LCS altogether because of their Bo2 format. Two groups? Weird scoring for ties? And just overall the teams didn't seem as competitive. It was hard to maintain interest in even the better teams at the top of their standings. It was horrible.

On the other hand, I enjoyed watching the LCK Bo3 format and actually started to watch their series more, not just because it's a stronger region, but because their format was just better to watch and keep track of.
