I saw dardock not finish his jg item until very late in his game against TSM. Can someone explain to me why this is advantageous because it seems to me he would be missing on a lot of extra jg xp.
You don't get extra experience for completing the jungle item (or having both components).
If you have Hunter's Talisman or Hunter's Machete, you are getting the the same amount of bonus experience as the completed jungle item.
Did he buy hydra? I bet it's because he bought hydra.
Or even better, cooldown boots. Because ghost ganks. Thats the reason.
