In my coaches notebook its our pick ban strategy along side our scouting notes, comp strategy and opponent comp strategy. But I'm far from pro lol, so who knows? Maybe its a cheesecake recipe :)
Basically this, but more along the lines of "Protect the carry, don't feed."
