Insignificance of EUNE server

Im not quite sure RIOT is sure how insignificant this server is right now. EUNE is by some unreasonable decision part of the EU LCS. This makes no sense. EUNE players have no opportunity to even get a shot at professional gaming unless they transfer to EUW. And here is why. EUNE challenger teams have the same rights as west challenger teams at attanding eu challenger series. So wheres the deal? They do not have the same opportunity as western teams to compete at the same level as all the pro teams are playing on west. So everyone trying to become a professional must play on a Western server. On the other side, servers like Turkey, Russia and Brasil are attending in their own tournament which will choose a team to attend the worlds representing those smaller regions. So my question is: if EUNE has no part in the EU LCS, why isnt it part of the wildcard? Either merge two EU servers or give the EUNE chance to fight equally at wildcard.
