Why was the World Final Time Changed?

Earlier today on lolesports it said the SSW vs SRC was at 11:30am PST Oct, 18, then all the sudden it was changed to 1:30am Oct, 19.

Did anyone else notice this or am I going crazy?

I'm not sure but could you tell me what time this is supposed to begin now in Nova Scotia Canada?

Are you sure you didn't mis-read it? It's said the preview show was 11 PM est and first match 11:45 since they opened that portion of the site.
