So I want to shout cast. I know the idea of starting low and going up. But, I haven't gotten anywhere trying to find lower ranked places to shout cast. I sports broadcast for my local radio station so I know the technique. Any words of advice?

Go on some league subreddit, search for some amateur tournament that has been organized, and start shout cast those on a your own twitch channel or similia You can look also at tournaments organized at shout casting tournaments organized by sites like mobafire, high koalaty gaming and others that regularly organize tournaments
Obviously you should contact tournament organizers and ask for permission - and this is also a way to advertise your channel with them as they can spread the word -

Look up Olympus Gamerz. It's a team speak server/tournament community that streams games and does shoutcasting. They have an LCS style tournament format for their teams. i used to be an admin but stopped going on. Tell SwampDonkey that Zyra sent you :p
