Next time challenger skins gonna come out? + Discounts

Hey guys, I wanted to ask one more question regarding championship and challenger skins. Are they gonna come out again at any point later this year? like in December at the end of the season or something, and are the current skins going to go on any discounts until the November 6th or not? thanks.
