A Tryndamere, Teemo and Vayne, eliminate 3 off the map at around 10-11 minutes into the game.

Should they go to eliminate Cloud Dragon?
or
Should they go to destroy turret plating potentially destroying the turret entirely, for early CS advantage?
Depends. What's the enemy team look like?
If they have for example: 
(Jungle)
(Mid)
(ADC)
(Support), I would probably go for the cloud drake as the enemy team has a lot of powerful ultimates that can devastate a team.
Then again it's hard to tell with-out knowing the tempo of the game too. Getting both would arguably be the better play if you were decently ahead since you could easily just take turret and walk to Dragon right after.
its not really as simple since you are leaving out details like what's their Current HP after this fight? If they are all low then it probably won't be feasible to take the Drake (even if it is Cloud) and get out before the enemy team respawns and collapses, just saying it isn't quite as free as you may think if all are low hp.
If they are low hp then I would get some turret plates, reset and buy and then go to drake and see if the enemy team is there or not. Basically after that huge win you want to reset, buy and then force another team fight since (in theory) your team should be much stronger than the other team but we don't know what ulti's were used or what sums were used.
The safest play is to get the 1 plate, reset and get some pinks and setup for drake.
If they are all full and healthy already tho then just taking the drake would be fine
