WHY RIOT CAN MAKE THIS JUDGMENT? TERRIBLE!!!

10/2 When FW VS CLG , Fw receive a warning cuz they put a bug ward when CLG pink ward can not find out, after that Riot also tell CLG , they(FW) notice that u guys are eating baron.

10/4 when AHQ vs FNC, FNC also put 2 green ward in the same position, AHQ also can't find out the green ward when they put pink ward before the baron! Although AHQ finally win the match after 2 min . But FNC don't recieve any warning from Riot!

10/5 Riot respond that why they make this jugdment.

If AHQ start to eat the baron they also will pause the game to clear that bug ward.Because that ward not affect the game and AHQ win this match after 2 min.

So can i ask two simple question?

What is ward function?they can make many difference decision (push lane? defense the baron? etc) Why FNC don't receive any warning? WHY ?WHY ?WHY?

so i really disappointed what riot fucking respond.
