It’s been the Summer of Challenger in North America. After one of the most competitive regular seasons we've cast, the top 4 teams are heading into Playoffs where they will clash for the 2016 Summer Challenger Championship title and the two Challenger Spots at the NA Promotion Tournament.

NA CS Summer Playoffs, Semifinals:

NA CS Summer Playoffs, Finals: Wednesday, July 20 at 6:00 PM PT.

All NA CS Playoff matches are Best of 5 (Bo5).

What’s on the line?

The top two CS teams from NA CS Playoffs will advance to the NA LCS Promotion Tournament on August 4-7 for a chance to qualify for the 2017 NA LCS Spring Split.  The bottom LCS teams will face-off against the top CS teams for the right to participate in the NA LCS next year.

The two CS teams who do not advance to the Promotion Tournament will have the opportunity to participate in Challenger Series next year.

C9C the professional LCS boosting team! LOL! In all seriousness good on C9C to find a way to make a cool million. I feel bad for whoever is #9, having to face them first.

Gonna be an interesting playoffs, only because the #2 seed is "probably" going to go three games between Nova/TLA. While TLA has a better botlane, the jg/mid are without question far better for Nova. Will probably care about the EU playoffs more, as Misfits is looking like a team who could not only take an LCS spot but potentially become a legitimate LCS threat afterwards.
