LoL is the next SC2

This is purely speculation but, the way I see it, LoL is going the same way SC2 went: completely controlled by the Korean e-sports betting/gambling scene. They have better teams and better players allowed by an elite group of businesspersons who have shaped the goals and values through advertising in the culture to give players more opportunities to become much more skilled than other regions. Ultimately Korean teams will do in LoL what Korean players have done in Starcraft: dominate the scene so that the elites may control the betting/gambling side of the e-sport for their own benefit; and, since Korean players are in so deep they won't risk not doing what they're told for fear of throwing their career away. Goodbye e-sports, hello "big playzzzzzzz".
