Creating a Competitive/Pro Team

So, I've been wondering recently, are there requirements to creating a team? Such as age or anything of that nature? Also, what do you think is the best way to go about creating a team to play with?

I would say find a group of like minded players and train together. You as an average player don't have to recruit all the best players in the world. If you're all bronze, that's fine and probably better than 3 bronze, 1 gold, and 1 diamond because the diamond player will feel severely held back.

If you find a group of like-minded players, you can all train together with the same expectations. Make sure everyone knows what they signed up for: schedule practices? minimum amount of hours/games played a week? replay reviews? All this should be established up front when you recruit or make the team so that there are no surprises and you can all progress together as a team. The hardest thing to find is commitment. If you can find 4 other committed players who all have the same goal then you will accomplish that goal very quickly with the right mindset.

there's an age limit, 16 i believe, and i'd assume the best way to create a competitive team would be to find a group of chill, easy-going high ranked players that you can mesh with and enjoy playing with, have a set schedule, things of that nature. It'd be a total commitment
