Random dragons, same champs

I think the mix of elemental dragons was an awesome idea. However, the same OP of the month champions are still always picked, even in the sports scene. I think to offer more variability in champ select as to which champions are OP and the dragons to be viable, have the random dragons known at the beginning of champ select. This could allow for champions step into the spotlight when 3 cloud drakes in a row are the random pick vs 3 mountain or infernal. It may allow picks and bans to change as well. This may change the OP of the month: to the OP of the random drakes allowing various other champion picks in pro play.
