Serious Concerns around AXS Ticketing Platform's Reservation Options

Hi Riot,

First off, I'd like to applaud you for finding a Ticketing vendor that charges more fees than Ticketmaster.

I have serious concerns around AXS's feature of reserved seating. As everyone knows, good seats (the ones that are going to cost us $70 each) are going to be in very high demand, and will be gone probably within the first minute or two. There is nothing stopping those lucky individuals from reserving additional seats for 'friends' for 48 hours, with the intention of either selling the reservation to others, or to contemplate how much they can sell additional tickets for while the demand skyrockets.

I am concerned that this is going to severely undercut the amount of seats available to those of us willing to be prompt in our ticket purchases at exactly 10:00 am, and will force many individuals to purchase reservations. Yes, there is a legitimate use for Reserve seating (groups of friends paying separately) but the philosophy of buy-them-all-together has worked for all of the other venues in the past, and I don't see why this Reserve system should be used during Finals.

So I've been awake for the past 24 hours. I've been constantly refreshing the ASX website that the tickets were supposed to be sold on, and entered the waiting room pretty much as soon as it opened. Then I waited in line to be able to purchase my tickets. I waited 15 minutes, and by the time I got my chance, the only tickets available were P3. After a few seconds of googling, I've already found P1 and P2 tickets selling for twice the value or more. I thought ASX was being used to prevent this exact thing from happening. Will Riot be doing anything to try and prevent the resale of these tickets cause it is fucking depressing having this happen.

I know what u mean.

The map was fully loaded. Tickets were available everywhere and yet I couldn't get 3. The tickets evaporated in front of me u.u

I don't know why Riot choos AXS instead of ticketmaster like with the other games of the World Championship :(

I am left ticket-less and frustrated just like you.

I was in the web site since 8:00 .

The website has a one star review... If I had thought to look this up BEFORE getting that stupid "No tickets found for your search" message even after dropping my order to one ticket. I would much rather have camped outside the Staples Center. This isn't Riot's fault but I am still disappointed that what would have cost me $420 would now cost me $1,350.
